For new CROs and heads of sales

Your CRM says the last team lost on price.
Find out what really happened.

You inherited a pipeline, a CRM and someone else's explanation of why deals were lost. In five weeks, Rev-Lens joins your CRM, recorded calls, email, Slack and intent data at the opportunity level, inside your own infrastructure, and hands you the findings behind your 90-day plan, with the insights to prioritize your focus to make an immediate difference!

Your first 90 days as the new CRO
What a finding looks like

Counted across every deal, with the evidence behind it.

One pattern from a Rev-Lens engagement: deals cut down to fit a budget, counted across six months of pipeline. The descope decisions lived on calls, in revised quotes and in internal threads. The CRM recorded none of them.

Your first 90 days

Start in your first month. Walk into the plan with evidence.

The work runs alongside everything else you are doing. Your side gives one data contact and an hour from each leader whose question is in scope. Nobody on the sales floor loses selling time.

Week 1 · around day 15

Scope and access

Agree the questions you need answered. Connect to the sources you name. Stand up one governed copy inside your infrastructure.

Weeks 2 to 4

Join and analyze

Match calls, email, threads and activity to the same accounts and opportunities. Run agents tuned to your questions on the model you already license. Check every candidate finding against its source records.

Week 5 · around day 50

Findings with owners

A prioritized set of findings, each traceable, each with an action and a named owner. Challenge any of them.

Days 50 to 90

Your plan, built on it

The 90-day plan, the first forecast call and the first board conversation, argued from counted evidence instead of the story you inherited.

What you walk in with

Three answers your first plan needs, each one counted.

Why you win and lose

The patterns across every deal in scope, each with a denominator and the calls, emails and threads behind it.

Where to inspect and coach

The deals and behaviors that share the losing pattern, so your managers know where to look first.

Where to play

Segments to pursue and segments to defocus, priced in pipeline.

You keep the joined dataset and the agents, inside your own infrastructure. The baseline is yours, and your team can rerun it every quarter.

Case 02 · Existing customer, anonymized

Real findings from a customer engagement: a year of calls, answered in under two hours.

An existing Rev-Lens customer, a network-security vendor, asked which opportunities involved a specific product capability, and what was blocking them. The customer and account names are withheld. The numbers are real.

Who you'll talk to

Someone who has walked into the seat you're in.

Todd Abbott is the co-founder of Rev-Lens. He has spent more than 25 years in CRO and equivalent roles, takes every call himself and runs the analysis, so the person who scopes your question is the person who answers it.

Straight answers

What new CROs ask on the first call.

I've just arrived. Do I have time for this?

Most of the work isn't yours. We need one RevOps or data contact to grant access, and an hour from each leader whose question is in scope. No rep time. Your time goes into the kickoff and the week five readout.

What does it cost?

A fixed services contract for the five weeks, confirmed on the first call once we know the question and the sources it needs. No license, no platform, no long-term commitment.

We already pay for Gong. Isn't this what it does?

Gong is excellent at calls, coaching and deal-level insight, and its agents can now pull context from other systems through MCP. But they work one opportunity at a time and don't count patterns across your pipeline. We use Gong's export as one of our inputs. You keep Gong.

Couldn't we just point Claude or ChatGPT at our systems?

For a question about one deal, yes, and you should. For a question about 400 deals over a year, connectors return summaries one call at a time, with rate limits and no join between systems. You get a cited answer, not a counted one. We build the joined dataset so your LLM can count.

What does our security team need to know?

Access limited to the sources you name, a governed copy inside your own cloud account, your licensed model, no pooling, no training. We put the specifics in writing before any access is granted.

What happens after week five?

You keep the data lake and the agents, and your team can rerun them whenever you like. If you want the Rev-Lens team to stay on for a regular read of the numbers, we can. It isn't required.

Start here

Bring the question you've been asked since day one.

A 30-minute call with the founder. We'll check whether your data can support the question. If it can't, we'll say so.

  • What you'll get: a yes or no on feasibility, and the sources it needs
  • What it won't be: a demo, a license, a platform change
  • Who you'll talk to: the founder who runs the analysis
