For RevOps and sales operations leaders

The join you never had time to build, built in your warehouse.

Your CRO wants to know why deals are won and lost, and the answer is spread across the CRM, call recordings, email and Slack. Rev-Lens builds the joined dataset inside your own cloud account, runs agents on the model you already license, delivers findings by week five, and trains your team to run and extend it by week eight.

What you keep

Customer-owned infrastructure. Rev-Lens-delivered intelligence.

The joined dataset

CRM history with field-level changes, calls, email, chat and intent, matched to the same accounts and opportunities, with entities resolved across systems. In your warehouse.

The agents

Tuned to your questions and your deals, running on your LLM license, documented so your team can change them. Everything built for you is yours. Our methods stay ours.

The training

Weeks 6 to 8 are hands-on: your team reruns the analysis, changes a question and adds a source, with us alongside.

How it runs

Findings in five weeks. Your team running it by week eight.

Week 1

Scope and access

Agree the questions you need answered. Connect to the sources you name. Stand up one governed copy inside your infrastructure.

Weeks 2 to 4

Join and analyze

Match calls, email, threads and activity to the same accounts and opportunities. Run agents tuned to your questions on the model you already license. Check every candidate finding against its source records.

Week 5

Findings with owners

A prioritized set of findings, each traceable, each with an action and a named owner. Challenge any of them.

Weeks 6 to 8

Hand over and train

Refine the agents, train your RevOps team to run and extend them, and agree how success will be measured.

Build it yourself?

You could. Here is what it takes.

Pointing an LLM at your systems through connectors works well for one deal. Counting a pattern across every deal needs the sources joined first, and that is most of the work.

  • Connectors Bulk history out of each system, including CRM field history, not just what an API returns at question time.
  • Entity resolution Proving that the account in the CRM, the domain in email and the name in Slack are the same deal.
  • Evaluation Checking each candidate finding against its source records and against the wins, before anyone acts on it.

Building this yourself can take months before the first count you can trust. We start from a working toolkit, so findings usually arrive in week five, provided access is granted and the data is there.

Your data stays where it is.

  • Access scoped to the sources you name
  • Built inside your cloud account, not ours
  • Runs on your licensed model
  • Never pooled with another customer's data
  • Never used to train models
  • Terms in writing before access is granted

Straight answers

What RevOps leaders ask on the first call.

Which sources do you need?

CRM opportunity history including field-level change history, recorded calls and transcripts, email with external participants, internal chat on deals, and intent or marketing engagement where you have it. You name the sources; we only touch those.

How much of my team's time does it take?

One data contact to grant access and answer questions about your fields and processes, and an hour from each leader whose question is in scope. In weeks 6 to 8, the people who will run the agents join the handover and training sessions. No rep time.

What will we pay for besides the engagement?

Your own cloud storage and model usage, billed to your accounts as they are today. We don't resell infrastructure or mark up compute. We'll check on the first call that your model license includes API access, because many chat subscriptions don't.

Does this replace Gong, Clari or our warehouse?

No. We use their exports as inputs and build inside the warehouse or cloud account you already run. Nothing is licensed and nothing in your stack changes.

How far back do you look?

Usually six months of closed deals for sales cycles of 30 to 45 days, and twelve months for longer cycles, depending on what your systems hold.

What happens after week eight?

You keep the data lake and the agents, and your RevOps team is trained to run them. If you want ongoing help, it's month to month: either regular reads and tuning, or new agents and sources. No long-term contract.

Start here

Check whether your data can answer the question.

A 30-minute scoping call. We'll go through the sources, the access model and what your team would own at the end. If the data can't support the question, we'll say so.

We take on a small number of engagements each quarter, so each one gets the founders' time.

  • What you'll get: a yes or no on feasibility, and the sources it needs
  • What it won't be: a demo, a license, a platform change
  • Who you'll talk to: a former CRO who leads every engagement
